Abstract
Implanon¨Þ is a single-rod subdermal contraceptive implant. It is usually located located and palpable around the insertion site, so it is easily inserted and removed. Most impalpable implanon is localized ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging. We report a patient whose implanon was undetected by ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging, but she pregnant and gave birth to a baby after insertion past five years.
